Если в прошлом году российские "чиновники" завели «чёрный перечень» сайтов и начали блокировать некоторые из них, отдельные любознательные пользователи решили поставить опыт. Они зарегистрировали домен, доступный лишь сообразно IPv6, - и отправили заявку на блокировку этого домена как бы за нарушение. Целью было проверить, смогут ли власти проверить сайт, какой не доступен стандартными средствами по IPv4. Отзыв оказался отрицательным.


   Цензоры отписались, что «отсутствуют технические возможности доступа на сайт» - и отклонили заявку для внесение в чёрный список. Таким образом, вывод, что коли цензор не смог приходить на сайт, то этому сайту ничто не угрожает. Враз же родилась мысль: а что коли составить чёрный перечень государственных IP-адресов, с которых осуществляется проверка сайтов? И просто не мудрствуя лукаво блокировать посетителей с этих адресов. Вот теперь, наконец-то, идея воплотилась в жизнь.

   Несколько дней назад начал работу новичок http://piratehost.net/хостинг-провайдер Piratehost.net. Отличительной особенностью этого хостера является то, что он ведёт список IP-адресов органов государственной власть Российской Федерации и блокирует посетителей с этих адресов для посещения сайтов, размещённых на хостинге. «Разумеется, мы не знаем всех IP-адресов госорганов, только изучаем подсети всех активных (в области цензуры) из них», - пишут владельцы хостинга.

    Хостинг создан активистами Пиратской партии России и Pirate Parties International. В разделе «О нас» написано:

Для осуществления деятельности нам не важно знать, кто вы. Мы не заключаем никаких договоров».

When last year the Russian authorities have got «the black list» sites and have started to block some of them, separate inquisitive users have decided to put experiment. They have registered the domain accessible only on IPv6, — and have sent the demand for blocking of this domain ostensibly for infringement. The purpose was to check up, whether the authorities on a site which is not accessible standard means on IPv4 can come. The answer has appeared negative.

   Censors отписались that «there is no technical possibility of access on a site» — and have rejected the demand for entering into the black list. Thus, it is possible to draw a conclusion that if the censor could not come on a site to this site threatens nothing. The idea at once was born: and what if to make the black list of the state IP-addresses from which check of sites is carried out? And simply to block visitors from these addresses. Here now, at last, the idea was realised. There has some days ago begun work a new hosting-provider Piratehost.net. Distinctive feature of this hoster is that it conducts the register of IP-addresses of public authorities of the Russian Federation and blocks visitors from these addresses for visiting of the sites placed on a hosting.
