Opera и Стэнфорд придумали новый способ управления куки-файлами - Mozilla, Opera and Stenford have thought up a new way of management of kuki-files

Центр веба и сообщества при Стэнфордской юридической школе анонсировал новейшую платформу управления куки-файлами: cookie clearinghouse( cch). Эта платформа обязана дать юзерам безоблачный и полный контроль над своими опциями приватности.




   Платформа cookie clearinghouse базирована на 4 правилах. Если юзер посетил интернет-сайт, ставить куки с этого интернет-сайта. Если юзер не посетил интернет-сайт, не ставить куки с этого интернет-сайта. Если интернет-сайт пробует определить opt-out куки, то позволить ему это. После этого браузер не станет воспринимать куки от сторонних источников на этом сайте. Если юзер согласен на установку куки, установить куки.

Первые два пункта подходят поведению по умолчанию браузера safari, а еще тому, что должно существовать реализовано в будущих версиях firefox после внедрения патча do not track.

Третий пункт совпадает с сегодняшним поведением браузера гугл chrome.

Четвертый пункт нужен для соответствия потребностям европейских законов. Предполагается еще знание двух списков страниц: белого и черного.

   Соответственно, в главном перечне держатся сайты, которым по правилам не обязаны ставиться куки, но они будут ставиться, а во втором перечне — сайты, где по правилом обязаны ставиться куки, но они будут блокироваться. Система обязана быть максимально простой и понятной для всякого. Инициативу уже поддержали создатели интернет-браузеров mozilla и opera software. Представители данных компаний вошли в совещательный комитет cookie clearinghouse.

This platform is obliged to give to users cloudless and complete control over the options of a privacy. The platform cookie clearinghouse is based on 4 rules.

The fourth point is necessary for conformity to requirements of the European laws.

The knowledge of two lists of pages is supposed still: white and black.

Accordingly, in the main list sites by which by rules are not obliged to be put куки keep, but they will be put, and in the second list — sites where on a rule are obliged to be put куки, but they will be blocked. The system is obliged to be as much as possible simple and clear for everyone. The initiative was already supported by founders of Internet browsers mozilla and opera software. Representatives of the given companies were included into consultative committee cookie clearinghouse.
