В Сенате США заблокирован законопроект CISPA - Bill CISPA is blocked in the Senate!

Неизвестно, обратили ли интерес сенаторы США на общее отключение страниц 22 апреля в знак протеста против cispa, но они приняли верное решение и заблокировали этот сомнительный законопроект. Ключевой совет Сената( committee on commerce, science and transportation), который рассматривал законопроект перед всеобщим голосованием, вынес этому акту нехорошую оценку, что фактически наверняка означает неосуществимость его принятия.


   О таковой оценке сказал сам председатель комитета, сенатор Джей Рокфеллер( jay rockefeller). Поводом стала " недостаточная " защита приватности юзеров. Джей Рокфеллер выразил убежденность, что Сенат не воспримет законопроект в таком облике. Раньше представители Белого дома также предостерегали, что президент его не подпишет. -->     В каком-то значении cispa считается аналогом несчастного законопроекта stop online piracy act( sopa), но с расширенными правами частных организаций на доступ к механизмам " борьбы с киберпреступлениями ". В декабре 2011 года правообладатели уже исполняли попытку принять cispa, им даже удалось провести его чрез нижнюю палату парламента, но он также был остановлен в Сенате.
